KUKA College at bfi-Bildunsgzentrum Styria
Now it is official! On February 1st 2017 KUKA Roboter CEE GmbH and bfi Styria signed the contract for cooperation.

By implementing the bfi – KUKA College they want to intensify the technical training expertise in the focus area robotic/mechatronic.
Therefore the new motto of bfi Styria is “Robotics – when human & robot go hand in hand.” The bfi – KUKA College will offer the whole KUKA robotics competence on the educational market of Styria, Carinthia and Burgenland.
An industry 4.0-Hightech-laboratory is planned to be installed until July 2017. 3 KUKA industrial robots KR16-2 will be available for apprentices, skilled workers and companies. The education is based on KUKA quality standards as well the bfi industrial standards 5S, Poka, Yoke and Ishakawa. The trainings will be held by bfi trainers who have been certified by KUKA as KUKA College trainers. KUKA Roboter CEE GmbH and bfi Styria have the vision to establish the robot as intelligent co-worker of humans in the production.
