Application package pro – basic training for typical robotic tasks

  • Magazine
    Magazine for nine cubes with integrated holder for three different tools.
  • Grippers & cubes (already included in the basic package)
    Grippers and cubes for pick & place tasks, which feature in almost all robot applications.
  • “Hot wire”
    Participants train precise robot motions by guiding the wire loop along the contours.
  • Pen & paper
    For training continuous path motions, analogous to welding and gluing by robot. The spring-loaded pen prevents damage to the application. The use of standard DIN A4 paper enables instructors to create their own exercises for training courses as well as practical tests.

Additional extras for greater freedom

Wave-shaped table

In addition to the sheet holder, the wave-shaped table offers the possibility of programming and tracing three-dimensional contours. The pen is used as a tool for this and directly traces the laser-marked contour.

Load spreader plates

The load spreader plates reduce the surface pressure on sensitive floors. For this, the cell is simply placed on the load spreader plates made of powdered metal. The cell feet create a form fit with an internal contour and thus cannot slip.
