The modular training cell incorporates the KR 3 AGILUS small robot and our service-proven KR C4 compact controller – while also being equipped and preconfigured for special didactic applications.
With the ready2_educate training cell, tasks with varying levels of difficulty can be implemented and carried out. From simple stacking tasks to complex continuous path motion and corresponding logic programming.
Another plus point: the size of the cell. It can easily be moved with a pallet truck and fits through standard doors and in typical passenger elevators.

Wave-shaped table
In addition to the sheet holder, the wave-shaped table offers the possibility of programming and tracing three-dimensional contours. The pen is used as a tool for this and directly traces the laser-marked contour.
Load spreader plates
The load spreader plates reduce the surface pressure on sensitive floors. For this, the cell is simply placed on the load spreader plates made of powdered metal. The cell feet create a form fit with an internal contour and thus cannot slip.
