KUKA AG is "Top Automotive Employer 2011/12"

CEO Dr. Till Reuter personally accepted the certificate presented by the CRF Institute. This makes KUKA one of the best and most innovative employers in the automotive industry in Germany.

Outstanding HR management 

In addition to KUKA AG, 23 other companies throughout Germany qualified for the certificate this year. These firms are among the top companies in the automotive sector that had above-average results in the study owing to their extraordinary performance in the categories innovation management, carrier opportunities, primary benefits, secondary benefits & work-life balance, training & development and corporate culture. "Congratulations to KUKA AG for this achievement. We present this award to recognize companies for their exceptional HR policies and commitment. This also gives interested applicants the chance to learn all about the outstanding qualities of the employer," said David Plink, COO of the CRF Institute, explaining the objectives of the study.
