European Robotics Week has been taking place since 2011.

European Robotics Week (ERW) is a Europe-wide week of activities related to robotics. The aim of the week is to raise awareness of robotics among the general public, spark their interest and dispel any fears they may have. The initiator and main organiser of European Robotics Week is the European association euRobotics. It calls on companies involved in robotics to take part in the campaign and organise a wide range of events. ERW was launched in 2011 at the request of the European robotics community.
