KUKA flexFELLOW-family
The KUKA flexFELLOW family is constantly growing to satisfy the technological demands of Industrie 4.0. As well as the KUKA flexFELLOW platform with its flexible location capability, we have three other trolleys in the portfolio.
KUKA flexFELLOW-family: maximum flexibility
The KUKA flexFELLOW family is constantly growing. In addition to the proven KUKA flexFELLOW platform we have extended the range to include a support trolley, material rack trolley and drawers trolley. KUKA flexFELLOW trolleys include the following features as standard:
Mating parts for the electromagnets for locking with the KUKA flexFELLOW at the corners
Hole patterns at corners for simple mounting of add-on parts on function plate
Fork slots for safe transportation over longer distances
Innovative connector systems for grounding the additional trolleys
KUKA flexFELLOW-family: Your advantages
Investment pays for itself Payback within two years
Space-saving Footprint is less than one square meter
The KUKA flexFELLOW-family range
The base unit, our flexFELLOW platform, now has other FELLOW companions available: together they make up the flexFELLOW-family. This allows you to equip your packages – preconfigured modules – with additional flexFELLOW mobile units. Three different trolleys are available for selection.
The support trolley
The support trolley offers storage facilities for additional equipment and apparatus.
You can choose between two trolley heights: 600 or 800 millimeters
Equipment, apparatusandracks can be placed at the KUKA flexFELLOW’s disposal.
The storage space is accessible from two sides.
The wheels are equipped with a parking brake.
The module can optionally be extended with a height-adjustable handle.
The material rack trolley
The material rack trolley assists you in handling bulk material and allows workpieces to be supplied and offloaded. Ideal for human-robot collaboration: the operator loads the trolley with individual components while the sensitive robot unloads the parts at the same time – or vice versa.
Up to five inserts can be arranged in variable configurations.
The inserts can be installed horizontally or at an inclination.
A profile grid system allows adjustment of the inclination.
Sliding surfaces and roller systems can be integrated to make use of the force of gravity and weight of the material.
Removal of material is possible on either the short or the long side.
If the material is removed on the short side, you can optionally fit an inspection window.
The drawers trolley
The drawers trolley helps you feed in and take away components in blister packs or small load carriers. The lightweight robot can then easily unload them. You thus have an HRC-capable drawers trolley for materials supply: the human works on one side while the robot removes the material on the other.
Only one drawer can be opened at a time on either side.
The drawers are locked for transport.
You unlock the drawers by pressing a button, allowing them to open 100, 150 or 300 millimeters.
It is possible for small load carriers up to a size of 600 by 400 millimeters to be incorporated.
