The apprenticeship as an IT specialist is ideally suited for young people who are thrilled by technology and want to turn their passion into their job. At KUKA, your programming skills will get our robots and systems moving at the same time as keeping the computer systems going.


Your apprenticeship at KUKA

As an IT specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for intelligent IT solutions on the path to Industry 4.0. At KUKA, for example, this means that you network electronically controlled components in automated robot cells or production systems. This results in higher-level control systems. To do this, you coordinate the individual requirements and implement them in the programming.

 

KUKA offers the apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development (m/f/d) at our location in Augsburg. At our location in Bremen we offer the apprenticeship as an IT specialist for systems integration(m/f/d).

Training in the field of information technology opens up many opportunities for you at KUKA. It also forms the basis for subsequent studies in computer science or business informatics. These tasks await you during and after your training as an IT specialist (m/f/d):

  • Development and realization of IT solutions through the integration of hardware and software components

  • Individual tuning and programming of applications

  • Support of networks and servers

  • Implementation, integration and testing of IT security and data protection measures

  • Implementation and documentation of quality assurance measures

  • Troubleshooting through the use of expert and diagnostic systems

KUKA Future of Manufacturing

Training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) at KUKA is offered at the Bremen location.

Upon successful completion after 3 years, you will be a trained IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Your training will take place in cooperation with the SZ Utbremen vocational school. For you, this means that both your practical assignments at KUKA and the lessons and lectures take place in Bremen.

KUKA offers the apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development in Augsburg.

Upon successful completion after 3 years, you will be trained IT specialist for application development of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Your training will take place in cooperation with the vocational school VII in Augsburg. For you, this means that both your practical assignments at KUKA and your classes will take place in Augsburg.
