The Supervisory Board accepted Mr. Lampert's offer. TheChairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Reinhard Engel, extended his thanks toMr. Lampert for his commitment during a difficult time for the IWKA Group.Mr. Wolfgang-Dietrich Hein, Chairman of the Executive Board, will take over Mr.Lampert's current responsibilities for the time being.
