Sale of RMG Regel + Meßtechnik GmbH
As part of the measures to dispose of its former Process Technology Division, the IWKA Group, Karlsruhe, has sold RMG Regel + Meßtechnik GmbH, Kassel, together with its subsidiaries (RMG Group) to a financial investor on December 23, 2004 effective as of January 1, 2005, pending approval by the relevant antitrust authorities
