Responsibilities
- Provide professional support for teams and executives,
- cooperation with other departments (marketing, HR, procurement, controlling etc.),
- support facility related activities, ensure the proper operation of the office, act as a receptionist (shared responsibility),
- coordination and scheduling of meetings,
- coordination of travels and visitors,
- create and track orders, coordinate suppliers,
- creation and preparation of communication materials,
- manage social media activites and create social media content,
- assist with additional projects and other duties as required.
Application Requirements
- Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization,
- experience with social media management and content creation,
- proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint,
- ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines,
- excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative,
- ability to maintain confidentiality,
- fluent english and hungarian,
- communication related studies and german language is an advantage.
