Responsibilities
- Make market survey, segmentation, targeting and positioning
- Develop high payload robots portfolio roadmap according to market and application needs globally
- Develop and align product value propositions and feature set for each delivery step.
- Evaluation of technology trends and market needs
- Balance the priority of requirements based on business cases
- Create market specification and product specification
- Close cooperation with R&D product owners/team leaders, business developers and sales managers
- Support and align the marketing and sales package (marketing event, training, e-Learnings, Webinars, presentations, demos, etc.)
- Develop success stories together with marketing and the first customers to push the global rollout
- Define and manage customer validations together with regional sales and industry management
- Establish a Feedback channel to consider the customer information within the further development and rollout steps
- Definition of market entry strategies including marketing storyline
- Product lifecycle management from ideation to discontinuation
Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant
- Master of Business Administration is preferred
- More than 6 years working experience for Bachelor’s degree, or more than 3 years working experience for Master’s degree
- Sales or marketing knowledge is an advantage
- Scinientific or engineering technical background (academic or working) is a must
- Experience in product management or project management is preferred
- Experience in industrial automation or machinery industry is preferred
- Experience in automotiive industry is an advantage
- Ability to analyze problems and create business value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills on all hierarchy levels
- Hands-on-mentality
- Structured and focused working attitude
- Strong target orientation and self-motivation
- Fluent English
