  • 2+ years of extensive experience in software licensing.
  • Subject matter expertise in top-tier software publishers (e.g., Salesforce, Siemens, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proven experience in utilizing AI methods to analyze software license and usage data.
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management Tools, such as Snow.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical staff, business stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Enjoy working in complex multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English, with strong negotiation skills.

Das bringst du mit We are seeking a proactive and skilled Software License Specialist to join our team of experts dedicated to managing our global software assets effectively. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our company's license portfolio, reducing complexity, and driving cost efficiencies.
  • Proactively identify global compliance risks and financial opportunities within our software licensing portfolio, particularly focusing on our top-tier publishers.
  • Develop and implement FinOPs methods to efficiently manage our cloud portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with software publishers, with a particular emphasis on Engineering Software providers.
  • Lead and optimize the IT software asset lifecycle in alignment with industry best practices and company needs.
  • Spearhead global software license-related contract negotiations.
