Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative, communication and organizational support to the CEO,
- support employer branding and internal communications,
- coordinate and lead HR and organizational culture development projects,
- conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations,
- take meeting notes and prepare minutes to provide accurate documentation of discussions and decisions,
- support the leadership team (organizing meetings, taking minutes, tracking tasks),
- assist in the planning and execution of projects and events, ensuring all details are carefully managed,
- coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage documentation,
- welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience,
- managing calendar and scheduling meetings,
- handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications or HR field,
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, HR coordinator, project manager, event planner, in communications, or similar fields,
- expertise in building organizational culture, employer branding, and internal communications is an advantage,
- background in organizing HR or CSR/volunteer programs is an advantage,
- good organizational and time-management skills,
- strong written and verbal communication skills,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
- flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally (primarily within the country),
- driving license (B).
