Responsibilities
- Hardware component selection: included electrical sizing, change tracking, search of alternatives, search of new components based on new customer requirements for control cabinets, controllers and cable harnesses.
- Creation of internal cabinet cabling: cable drawings, parts lists, 3D Harness design, definition of wire/cable routes for control cabinets, controllers and cable harnesses.
- Creation of external cabling: Energy Supply, Connection Cable, Motor Cable.
- Create/modify wiring diagrams: for control cabinets, controllers and cable harnesses.
- Create/modify assembly drawings and parts lists (2D, 3D): for control cabinets, controllers and cable harnesses.
- Change management: based on development, customer and production changes.
- Production support.
- Tests: IP, shock test, prototype tests of control cabinets, controllers.
- Fulfil Approvals, standards for designed products.
- Customer consultations: internal and external of the company regarding to development.
- Simulations: electrical SW simulations of control cabinets, controllers, Energy Supplys, Connection Cables, Motor Cables.
Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in Hardware Development.
- Knowledge of any design software (NX, EPLAN P8, EPLAN HARNESS 3D)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (between our 3 Hungarian sites and sometimes abroad).
