Every KUKA service center stocks a comprehensive range of original spare parts for KUKA Robotics, Systems and Industries (Reis) products.

Exchange Spare Parts

Replacing the defective component with a genuine KUKA Refurbished Exchange Part, makes a more cost efficient repair possible. Most exchange parts have a fixed price, under the precondition that a defective and repairable part is returned.
KUKA refurbished Exchange Parts come with a 6 months parts warranty.
Depending on the urgency of your situation, you can either choose to get an exchange part immediately or to wait for a quotation first.

Replacement Procedure

Step 1: Contact our service department and ask for a quotation for the repair and for a valid RMA-number to accompany the shipment of the defective part Step 1: Contact our service department and ask for the availability of the replacement part
Step 2: Ship the defective part together with a completed RMA-form Step 2: Send us your purchase order number for the immediate delivery of a replacement part
Step 3: you will receive a quotation for the repair within 5 weeks after the reception of the defective part Step 3: If available, a replacement part will be delivered immediately
Step 4: You decide freely whether the repair has to be executed and send to us your purchase order number. If you choose not to repair the part, a fee for diagnosis will be charged Step 4: Ask for a RMA-number to send back the defective part
Step 5: Return the defective part within 5 working days together with a completed RMA form
  Step 6: You will receive an invoice for the replacement part
